  • Absolutely. I work with parents, coaches, and individuals completely outside of performance and aesthetic sports.

    I offer both packages and intensive programs for adults regularly.

  • Not at all. I often reassure first-time clients that they won't be in a "mental blackout" state, nor will they lose control of their thoughts or actions.

    In fact, the process is quite the opposite. We work together to guide you into a relaxed state, where your deeper self becomes the true facilitator of the session. In many ways, you are the one leading the way.

  • Hypno-Coaching involves several different modalities for your dancer:

  • Please have a quiet place, alone with headphones. I am more than happy to speak with you and answer any questions prior to the session. Headphones and privacy allow your athlete to concentrate on their session.

  • Hypnosis is a natural state of being that you enter every day. Its a shift from the beta brain wave to the alpha or theta brain wave. Beta is what you are in right now reading this. Alpha & theta is when you get a massage, watch tv, read a book or even drive! Theta you enter right before you sleep. It is simply a relaxed state of mind.

  • To visualize is to see something in your mind. Mental rehearsal is a form of visualization, where we continually see your goal, dream, your dance, see it, feel it, step into it, add all your senses. Your brain does not know the difference between what is real or not. So the more you visualize, the easier it shows up in your life, on the stage, in the field. It has been used for decades by elite and Olympic level athletes!
